Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These starter terms describe use of InvoiceEase. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before paid subscriptions or payment-gateway processing are introduced.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials and use only workspaces they are authorized to access. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning appropriate team roles and removing access when it is no longer required.
Business records
Users remain responsible for the accuracy of products, invoices, tax values, returns, payments and customer information entered into the service. Reports and tax estimates are operational tools and are not accounting, legal or tax advice.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to access another business's data, disrupt the platform, upload unlawful material, misrepresent financial records or violate applicable law.
Early access and availability
The current product is in early access. Features may change and temporary interruptions may occur. Offline queueing supports short connection drops in an already-open session but does not replace internet access, server availability or a user-managed backup.
Pricing
The current application does not automatically charge a subscription. Any future paid plan, renewal rule or refund policy should be displayed and accepted before billing is enabled.
Exports and backups
Authorized users should regularly export important records. The service provides inventory and report CSV exports plus a full business-data backup from the Reports screen.
Changes and termination
Access may be limited for security incidents, misuse or legal requirements. Updated terms will identify their revision date and should be presented to users when material changes are introduced.
Contact
Questions should be sent through the official support channel provided by the service operator.
