Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

This page explains the information processed when a business uses InvoiceEase. It is an operational policy template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a commercial launch.

Information processed

The service processes account information such as email address, business membership and assigned role. It also stores business records entered by users, including products, invoices, customers, payments, returns, reports and receipt settings.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide billing and inventory functions, calculate business reports, keep an audit trail, prevent unauthorized access and maintain the service.

Business separation and security

Business records are protected through authenticated access and database Row Level Security. A user must have an active membership before business data can be accessed. No online system can promise absolute security, so account credentials and team permissions should be managed carefully.

Service providers

The application uses Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for website hosting. Those providers process technical information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention, export and deletion

Business data remains available while the relevant workspace and provider project remain active. Authorized users can export inventory, reports and a business backup. Workspace deletion or account-data requests should be handled by the service operator after identity and authority are verified.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the service, pricing or providers change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.

Contact

Privacy questions should be sent through the official support channel provided by the service operator.
